FAQ’s
How much do I owe?
The standard deposit was £40 per booking as you paid overseas and got the early booking discount, the outstanding balance is £110 per person, plus any coaches, late checkout or VIP upgrades you may have added.

What if we can’t all attend?
Don’t worry just pay the balance of the people who can attend and cancel the rest by speaking to us on 0844 871 66 33. For example if 6 people paid deposits but only 4 can attend just call us to pay the £440 outstanding balance.

Can we add friends?
Yes. Just give us a call on the BR hotline and quote your ‘W’ reference number and as long as there’s room we’ll add them on! Full price of £159 per person applies.

Can we share with people we met in resort?
Yes. You’ll need the ‘W’ reference of all parties then it’s as simple as picking up the phone and letting us do all the work.

What if I don’t pay by the final payment date?
Your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Can I book a coach / upgrade to VIP?
Yes! Just give us a call and we’ll check availability

What if I can’t attend?
No worries. In the event you can’t make this amazing weekend your booking will automatically be cancelled on the final payment date and no further action is required.
